On Tuesday, September 29th, 2020, Digital KORU delivered an online workshop for leaders of K-12 and higher education institutions in the Caribbean who are using or considering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams platforms for their organizations.

This webinar was presented as a contribution to leaders of educational institutions transitioning from face to face to blended-online learning in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Eliut Flores, CEO of Digital KORU and tenured professor at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technologies of the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras, was the webinar lecturer. He discussed how to incorporate Microsoft 365 and Teams in the ICT mix to build virtual classrooms that also integrate additional applications provided by Microsoft 365 and other developers into the educational process. This topic was discussed from the perspective of the opportunities and challenges of teaching and learning in the Caribbean. Participants asked questions during the live meeting. Dr. Flores and Mr. Francisco Flores from Microsoft addressed these questions during the workshop.
